I really enjoyed reading this list of your October delights - the welsh cakes and lovespoons resonate here as I'm Welsh. Reading lots of books at the same time too, that's me all the time, can never just have one book on the go, like to dip in and out of them! The barefoot beach walk sounds gorgeous too. We actually had a lovely trip to the beach at teatime about two weeks ago, we left just as the sun was setting, magical. Something else that I've enjoyed so far in October is a lovely trip to a farm park with the kids - my youngest is 1 and he isn't talking yet but can make animal noises, so that was lots of fun showing him all of the animals! And it was a gorgeous autumn day with clear blue skies, just lovely.

Jenna thank you so much for commenting and sharing your delights! I loved reading them. Where in Wales are you from/living? I love those beautiful, crisp autumn days with blue skies. So nostalgic!

It was nice to share them, thanks for the prompt. I live in Penarth, and I'm originally from Mumbles, so always by the sea 🌊! Yes, my fave kind of day!

Aw no way! It's a small world ❤️. It's so lovely there, I'm lucky that my mum still lives there so we often go and visit her with the kids - always have to pop in for a Joe's ice cream 🍦 ❤️
